A Visit by a Delegation from North Refineries to the College of Petroleum Processes Engineering to Strengthen Joint Collaboration

 

The College of Petroleum Processes Engineering at the University of Tikrit received a delegation from the North Refineries in a visit aimed at strengthening joint cooperation between the two sides. The visit included discussions on prospects for collaboration in the fields of scientific research, technical training, and the exchange of expertise between the College and the refinery.

The visiting delegation was headed by officials from the North Refinery, who held a meeting with the Dean of the College, Assistant Professor Dr. Ghassan Hamad Abdullah, in the presence of a number of faculty members and staff. During the meeting, potential joint projects that could contribute to developing students’ skills and enhancing the efficiency of work in the oil sector were reviewed.

This visit comes within the framework of strengthening ties between academic and industrial institutions in the field of petroleum engineering, as well as expanding future prospects for cooperation in a manner that serves the interests of both parties.
